The outcome of the Battle is determined by the overall Defence/Offence strength of both sides participating in it. In addition to the number of Units, the strength of the army is also determined by each Unit's individual statistics, the Player's relative Base Defence bonuses, Allied Reinforcements, buffs that directly affect Unit's strength etc. For instance, if the Battle takes place at the Base with 20000 Defence Bonus, the strength of the defending side will increase by 200%.

The outcome of the Battle also depends on the composition of both armies. If Player 1 attacks with Thunderheads, and Player 2 defends with Firedrakes, which are strong against Combat Aviation, Player's 1 losses will be significantly higher.

This is why it is important to always recon first before sending the attack.

Offensive Units sent to сapture the Repository and Defensive Units that return with the Resources from it are sent directly to the owner's Bunker.

In case the Repository becomes vacant or disappears before the Attack, Recon Mission or Reinforcement reaches it, the Units sent to it do not travel back to their owner's Base but are immediately sent to the owner's Bunker.

Your Units returned to your Bunker because one of the following situations occurred while your Units were on the way to the Repository:

- The Repository disappeared from the Map as no one сaptured or attacked it for more than 24 hours;
- The Repository ran out of Resources;
- The Repository was captured by a member of your Combine;
- The Repository you were trying to attack or recon became vacant.

In all these cases your Units do not travel back to your Base but are immediately sent to your Bunker.

ZHG Locations are one of the most exciting elements of the gameplay which allows you to earn valuable troops, items and experience points.

How my reward is calculated

Calculation of the reward is performed according to the special algorithm. In particular, the reward calculations are based off of losses of your troops.

The reward system is randomized, therefore, it is hard to predict the exact ZHG Location which will bring the next big reward.

I attacked several ZHG Locations in a row and got only intermediate rewards

The distance between big rewards is pretty long, in some cases, it may be accumulated for more than a month of active play. At the same time, you can receive rewards for each successfully raided or defended ZHG Location. These intermediate rewards are also calculated basing on your total losses and constitute a part of your general reward.

The reward system considers all of your invested units and each completed ZHG Location increases the chance to receive a great reward.

Are all my troops considered for my general reward?

All units of all types are considered while calculating your rewards.

The specific completed ZHG Location can bring fewer troops than it was invested while combating with Zheng Shi’s army at it. However, these killed troops will be surely be considered for the future rewards.

It passed a long time after my last reward. When can I expect my next reward?

After getting a big reward you always get into the period when you should be ready to invest some troops before receiving the next recompense.

However, intermediate rewards will allow you to refill the ranks of your army regularly. They are also a part of your general bonus, so please also consider them while making your calculations.

The higher level of the ZHG Location you hit, the harder challenges you face. This is why it is important to select the appropriate tactics for hitting Battlegrounds.

Here you can find the list of Diamonds which are often purchased accidentally:

1. If the amount of lost currency is equal to 300/600/900+ Diamonds, it is possible that a player has purchased the Instant Recall item. A player can initiate the purchase of this item in the Command HQ -> Tracking tab.

2. If the amount of lost currency is equal to 400/700 Diamonds, it is possible that a player has purchased the Force Tracker 25%/Force Tracker 50% item. A player can initiate the purchase of this item in the Command HQ -> Tracking tab.

3. If the amount of lost currency is equal to 1000 Diamonds, it is possible that a player has purchased the Improvised LZ structure.

Not every in-game purchase requires confirmation of a player. This is why it is strongly recommended to be careful, especially while browsing the Market, to prevent accidental purchases.

How reward calculations are made?

Rewards calculations are based off of losses of your troops.

All of your invested troops are considered for the general reward value and depending on it at a certain step you receive rewards in troops, worthy items, and resources.

Mission Syndicate contracts bring you guaranteed rewards

In the Radar, next to the ZHG Locations, you will find Syndicate contracts. Each of them presumes the guaranteed reward that can be viewed if you hover the arrow of your mouse onto the buttons "Defend" and "Attack".

The new Syndicate contracts will be provided after successful completion of all the five levels of the regular ZHG Locations and after claiming the rewards for already completed Syndicate contracts. In total, you can have 24 Syndicate contracts.

ZHG Locations from the Quests menu

Your chances to get spoils of war increase if you attack the mission given to you on the left of the screen, not the mission given by your advisor or found in the Radar.

It is widely known that the high-level ZHG Locations presume higher rewards. And conquering the ZHG Locations from the Quests menu grants receiving the ones of the higher levels.

Informed means armed - dispatch reconnaissance to the ZHG Locations

You can raid and defend ZHG Locations more efficiently using the following tactic: you send one unit to the ZHG Location as a scout to see which Zheng Shi’s troops and how many of them are present there.

After that, you can estimate what troops will be more efficient in this case because all units have different efficiency standards against the hostile corps.

It is important to take into the account the composition of ZHG Locations forces at the ZHG Location. If the ZHG Location is full of ZS-10 "Jacals" that are strong against Combat Aviation Units, and you send AH-24 Mohawk to it, your losses will be very high. That is why players send a couple of Units to determine which Zheng Shi’s Units are inside the ZHG Location, and then send the rest of the troops to get the best ration. For instance, it would be better to attack this ZHG Location with Infantry, not Combat Aviation Units.

Use your Syndicate troops wisely.

The troops of this type consume less food and have better combat performance than the regular units. However, they both have quite the same value. Hence, a wise warrior will rather save them for the PvP battles.

Why is it beneficial to raid ZHG Locations when the tournament is on?

Participating in the ZHG Locations Tournament you have a change not only to top up your reward value and get rewards but also receive perfect rewards including troops and valuable items.

ZHG Locations Tournaments are launched regularly and in pauses between them, you will have enough time to fill the ranks of your army with the newly trained units.

How can I improve my strategy to obtain good rewards?

We strive to provide our players with a bug-free gameplay and this is why our specialists test the game on all possible levels.
It guarantees that the items, units, in-game currency and other goods are added to the player's account appropriately and cannot disappear.

If you can't find the items that you earned, this article will provide you with an information on where to look for them.

1. Referrals
A player can earn one Referral per day for logging into the game or purchase them with the Diamonds and IPs.
The Referrals can be traded, sold and used for the Contract's negotiation.

Here you can find useful information about the Referrals and how a player can use them:
- When a player sells or exchanges the Referrals, he/she will not retain a copy.
- Referrals disappear upon negotiation of the Contract they were required for (if a player has more than one Referral of the same type, he/she will be able to sell/exchange them later).
- If a player uses the "Sell All Referrals" option in the Contracting Office, he/she will irreversibly sell all available Referrals.
- If a player extends an offer in the Logistics Exchange, the Referral will become unavailable for 3 days. In order to cancel the offer, a player has to open the Logistics Exchange - Convoys tab and click on the "Delete" button next to the offer in the "Loaded Convoys" section.

2. Reward Packs
Combine Missions are essential part of the game purpose of which is to reward players for team work.
A player can earn up to four Reward Packs during a single Mission, namely: Basic, Standard, Elite and Exclusive Packs.
Reward Packs are stored in the Market -> Special tab and can be opened during 72 hours from the moment when a player received them.

After 72 hours the Reward Pack expires and a player will not be able to open it anymore.
Make sure to open yours every day to maximize the rewards.

Unlike personal Quests and Tournaments, a player receives the Reward Packs not when the Mission ends, but at the moment when Combine fulfills requirements for each Pack.
It means that you can open the Reward Packs when the Mission is still in progress. Often players are getting confused because when the Mission ends a list of unlocked Reward Packs is displayed again, even when a player has already opened all Packs.

If you can't find the Reward Packs in the Market -> Special tab, it means that you have already opened them earlier.

3. Tournament/Quest Rewards
Tournaments and Quests can provide a player with generous rewards, provided that he/she completes all requirements.
Rewards that a player can receive for completing Quests and Tournaments can be divided into three subcategories:
1. In-game currency
2. Items
3. Units

Items that are included in the rewards are stored in the Market (e.g. Resources are stored in the Market -> Resources tab).

4. Daily Roll Call
A player receives his/her rewards for the Daily Roll Call program upon logging into the game.
It isn't obligatory to open the Daily Duty Roster tab to receive it.

Items that are included in the rewards are stored in the Market (e.g. Resources are stored in the Market -> Resources tab).

If you can't find some of the items upon receiving them, please restart the game and check one more time.

Players periodically face situations when they cannot find actual disposition of their forces. Therefore, we have created this quick guide for you to find your missing Units.

Once you noticed that some troops are missing, please open your Command HQ to check the following:

Base - use filters on the upper panel to separate your Units from the allies' troops.

Bunker - troops are hidden automatically:

- if you have activated the Auto Unit Hider;
- when they return from the Repository after its depleting;
- when the attacked Repositorybecomes vacant;
- when the attacked Base relocates on the map;

Positions - your troops can be stationed at the occupied Base or on a captured Repository.

Garrisons tab - you could send them as reinforcement to the Mining Complex, the Combine HQ or to some Base.

Tracking tab - your troops can be on the way to the target or back to your Base.

Warfare reports - your Units could heroically fall before the enemy. The maximum number of the stored battle reports is currently 100. After this limit is reached, the reports about the new Battles will replace the old ones.

When your Combine repels massive attacks on your Mining Complexes or conducts massive attacks on the hostile Mining Complexes, the number of the incoming warfare reports drastically increases. Some of these reports will be replaced with the new ones before you manage to read them. Therefore, we recommend that you read all available reports at the earliest possible moment.

A player can participate in different Tournaments while playing the game. Tournaments can provide a player with generous rewards, provided that he/she plays actively and collects Tournament Points. Each Tournament lasts for a limited amount of time and a player can claim the rewards upon its ending.

A player will not receive the rewards if he/she:
1. Didn't manage to earn a minimal required amount of Tournament Points.
2. Isn't a permanent Combine member and haven't passed the 7 Day Trial Period (this rule is applied only to the Combine Tournaments).

Please note that if player's current rank in the Combine is "Trainee" or the 7 Day Trial Period ended when more than 50% of the Tournament's duration has already passed, he/she will not be able to contribute Tournament Points in the Combine Tournaments.

Rewards that a player can receive can be divided into three categories:
1. In-game currency
2. Items
3. Units

Here you can find the information on where to look for your well-deserved reward:
- In-game currency is added directly to the balance of a player.
- Items are stored in the Market (e.g. Defense Enhancer item is stored in the Market -> Special tab).
- Units are sent directly into the Bunker.

Don't forget that the Resources that a player receives are added in form of Packs.
Packs are stored in the Market -> Resources tab and a player has to activate them prior to using the Resources.

If you can't find your reward upon claiming it, please restart the game and check one more time.

The time needed for negotiating contracts was increased mainly because the benefits you were receiving for their negotiation were long term, but the time needed to upgrade to further levels was not at all logical and justified.

We understand that such a change doesn't make your life easier but it is still our hope that this will not prevent you from fighting for control of Zandia, Commander.

Removing your credit card information

To remove your credit card information, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the game Bank

2. Select the card you wish to remove

3. Click on the 'Pencil' button:

Unlinking PayPal

To unlink your PayPal from your game account, please do the following:

To change your preferred currency for payments you make on Facebook:

1. Click on the arrow in the top right corner in the Facebook window and select Settings.



2. Select Payments in the menu on the left, and then select Account Settings.



3. Go to Preferences, and select your preferred currency.



4. Click Save Changes.

Your balance may become negative for the following reasons:

- Refund / Chargeback

What does this status mean?

A refund or chargeback occurs when you inform Facebook, your bank, your credit card company, PayPal, etc. that you wish to dispute a payment. In other words, you request to reverse one or multiple purchases and to return the funds to the source of payment.

Can my purchases be reversed without my knowledge?

Yes, your funds may be reversed without your consent for two possible reasons:

1) Facebook may cancel any transaction if they believe that it violates their Terms or the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (for more information, please refer to https://www.facebook.com/payments_terms).

2) The bank that issued your card may cancel a transaction.

How do I find out whether my payments were reversed?

All the payments are processed by Facebook. Any purchase – regardless of the payment method used – should be shown in your Facebook payment history. You should check your Facebook payment history and verify whether there are any reversed transactions.

Why are my payments declined?

Here is what Facebook’s billing process looks like:

For example, when you make a purchase for less than $10, Facebook may NOT bill you at the time you place your order. They may group small transactions into transaction bundles that will be captured and processed together at a later time. Our system, however, recognizes the payment as a legitimate transaction the moment you make a purchase and renders the service to your account.

Later, when you are billed for the order you made, if Facebook is unable to capture a bundled payment (due to insufficient funds, bank transfer issues, etc.), your payment may be declined. In other words, you technically did not pay for your purchase since the funds were not withdrawn from your account. The information about the payment decline reaches our database immediately, and the system automatically deducts the purchased in-game currency from your game account.

If I was not charged for my purchases, why is my balance negative?

Your balance may become negative if you spend the in-game currency you purchased before your payment was processed and declined.

How do PVP Points work?

PvP (player vs. player) quests are special quests taking place over several days that pit players directly against one another in the hunt for PvP points. PvP points are awarded for troops killed or lost during battles with other players, such as in the following locations:

  • Bases
  • Locations
  • Mining Complexes

Players will only receive PvP points from battles involving other players. Destroying non-player Units such as ZHG Forces won’t gain players any PvP points. These battles are known as PvE, Player vs. Environment battles, and whilst they are extremely valuable in other areas of the game, players will be unable to earn PvP points from these battles.

You will see a special icon in your battle report when PvP points are credited to you. If you do not see the special icon showing your PvP points, then you didn’t earn any PvP points from that battle.

pvp points  – This icon displays your PvP points

raid points – This icon displays your Raid Ranking points (these are not PvP points)

To start the Quest and become eligible to collect PvP points, you must press the “Start” button in the quest description; before doing this, you will not receive any PvP points from battles. The more PvP points a player earns, the higher he will be in the PvP Rankings and the greater the rewards he will receive. Remember, only PvP points count towards your ranking for this quest – all other points will be disregarded.

The amount of PvP points earned from a battle depends on the battle itself. Players defeating other players in massively one-sided battles won’t receive any PvP points, but a player who takes part in an even, hard-fought battle where both sides take losses will be rewarded highly. If you see that you haven’t received any PvP points after a battle, it is because either you haven’t managed to kill enough enemy units, or the battle wasn’t fair enough to begin with and you haven’t sustained many losses. This is to stop people bullying their way to the top of the PvP rankings by defeating weaker, inexperienced players.

Keep in mind:

  • Even if you have earned all the rewards on offer, your ranking points will continue to accumulate and change your ranking position. The reward for first place will go to the player with the most points when the quest finishes, so remember to keep fighting if you want to get the highest rewards!
  • Every player in the game Level 5 or above will have the option to participate in this quest.
  • Attacking and Defending Locations will not count towards your Rankings; you may only gain PvP points when challenging other players.
  • The reward you receive depends on your Level in the game.

With each upgrade to your Mining Complex you will increase your Defense bonus, which in turn will also increase your Troops Defensive potential. However, this will ONLY apply to those Troops which are allocated at the specified Mining Complex.

Raid ranking points are calculated as the difference between the Resources you seized and the Resources that have been stolen from your Base by other players.

If your Resource balance is negative, no Raid points will be added.

You get to have a total of 10 raid attempts. Every time your raid someone, the timer starts and it will take 2.5 hours for you to get 1 raid attempt replenished. This is done to limit a player's raids to 10 in 1 day.

You may begin attacking other Bases as soon as you have offensive units, but you may want to wait until you are ready and take note of the following information: Users registered for less than 3 days fall under low-level player protection. They can attack any player but no one can attack their Base. Any new player that attacks a player who has been in-game for over 3 days will LOSE THEIR PROTECTED STATUS! If two users initiate a conflict with each other while both have been playing the game for less than 3 days, the conflict will continue regardless of the users' future relative levels or time in-game.

Your Combine Ranking depends on the territory you control and the achievements your Combine has completed successfully. The more Mining Complexes you control and the more achievements your Combine completes, the higher your place within the Global Combine Rankings will be.

Your Diamonds balance may turn negative if you have spent the Diamonds for your recent purchase in the game and then reversed the payment shortly afterwards. Such actions will result in your account balance turning into a Negative balance. You may want to refill the balance by purchasing Diamonds in order to cover the difference in balance that has appeared. Also, you can wait for the required amount of Diamonds to accumulate naturally by conducting Missions and completing achievements.

The Syndicate will send you additional Drill Instructors for attaining higher Experience Levels in the game. The number of Drill Instructors you will receive for each level-up will increase over time:

Levels 6-30/ 2 Drill Instructors

Levels 31-60/ 4 Drill Instructors

Levels 61 -75/ 6 Drill Instructors

Levels 76 + /8 Drill Instructors.

You can also get extra Drill Instructors by completing successful higher Search and Destroy Mission Levels. You can also purchase Drill Instructors at the Black Market with Influence Points. Drill Instructors CANNOT be traded.

All new Depots which appear on the Map start off as vacant and unclaimed.

If a player sends Defensive Units to a Depot as Reinforcements, the Depot will still be shown on the Map as being an unclaimed location.

Remember that if it looks too good to be true - it's probably a trap.  

Send your MQ-11B Drones to Recon a Depot before occupying it.

The Calculation system for the Offensive and Defensive rankings has been improved and modernized in order to enhance your game play whilst also ensuring we all have a fairer system to operate in.

The Basic rules for the current modification:

Your ranking points are now in proportion to the strength of the troops destroyed in any battles.
The new ranking mechanics apply to all units inclusive of all battles.
Ranking points do not depend on experience points any more. The same experience points apply as before these changes.
At the same time, the amount of ranking points you receive will depend on the battles you are involved in, the types and amounts of units that you use.

Key Points are as follows:

1. Ranking points are now proportionate to the strength of killed troops.
Earlier when a player killed 10k Riflemen with a total offensive power of 10,000 * 40 it would equal 400,000 and he or she would receive 10k ranking points , and when a player killed 1,000 AH-72 Thunderheads, for example; with a total offensive power of 1.68 million, he or she would receive 4000 points.

2. As you have consistently pointed out, this system is not fair, so we have moved now to rectify this.
The new formula is as follows: The amount of ranking points is proportionate to the offensive/defensive power of killed units, so when a player destroys one AH-72 Thunderhead he will receive 20 times more ranking points than ever before.

3. For smaller battles, ranking points are significantly lowered.
In line with the new formula, when you send 1000 attacks using 1 Rifleman for each attack you will receive 0 ranking points, but if you attack using 1000 Riflemen in one attack you will receive a solid bonus to the ranking.
Let's take a look at an example:

Scenario:

Both Player A and Player B killed 10,000 Mz-29 Firedrakes.
But Player A had one battle in which he killed 10,000 Mz-29 Firedrakes and Player B had 100 battles where he killed 100 Mz-29 Firedrakes for each attack.

Result:

Player A will receive more ranking points and his position will be higher in the rankings.
Given the points calculations would only apply to defensive and offensive rankings.

All quests for construction will stop appearing after you have reached a level 13. 

Please continue to Build / Construct as your Experience Points will still be added automatically.

This will not affect your Game progress.

When deployed alongside regular Units from their class, they can dramatically improve theirs and your battlefield performance.

Available for purchase on the Black Market only:

Infantry, Offensive – “Ghost Corps” (Ramstein Secure Logistics, GmbH)

Infantry, Defensive – “Terminator” Infantry (Ares Corporation) Intelligence

QR-14 “Big Brother” UAV (Excellia Battlefield Systems)

In the case of defeat these units will die in battle and 70% of the survivors will appear in the Field Hospital for revival, if you so choose.

Even if you don't click on the icons above your Munitions Factories and Oil Derricks, 50% of your Resource production will still continue to accumulate in your permanent storage automatically. The other 50% of your Fuel and Munitions production is stored in each building's internal storage, and must be transferred to permanent storage manually. As you upgrade these buildings, both their production and their internal storage will increase.

Your Resources are automatically protected by your Bunker. With each increase of the Level of your Bunker you are automatically able to increase the size of protected Resources. During raids on your Base your Resources within your Bunker are protected.

Resources get hidden in the Bunker automatically. The amount of resources your bunker is able to hide depends on your bunker's upgrade level.

When another player raids your base he is going to get some resources from the game and your base, despite the fact that you have hidden resources. This way he is getting a reward for his raiding attempt and your resources stay untouched.

MARS Repair Vehicle -What it is, does and how to get yourself one!
MARS Repair Vehicles are improvement items capable of automatically repairing all defensive Turrets and Artillery on your Base.

Mobile Autonomous Recovery and Salvage(MARS) vehicles are unarmed robotic systems capable of automatically conducting battlefield repairs on Automated Artillery and Gun Turrets under combat conditions. The more MARS units deployed around your base, the faster your Turrets and Artillery can return to active duty. MARS Vehicles to not consume resources and cannot be destroyed or damaged. 
Repairs will commence automatically each time you login to the game. 
Each MARS Repair Vehicles you install increases the rate of repair for all defensive emplacements in your Base by 5%. You may install a maximum of 5 MARS Repair Vehicles.
To install a MARS Repair Vehicle:
1. Go to your Base.
2. Click "Construction".
3. Open the "Improvements" tab and select the MARS Vehicle. 
4. Select an area within your Base and begin construction.

Ever questioned what defensive structures are for, and why are they in the game, except for a nice look of your base? Read on to find out!
There are two kinds of defensive structures - Passive and Active.

Passive Defensive Structures include Walls, Gates, Towers, and Improvements.  All of these additions contribute to your Base's total defense bonus, granting all of your defensive units additional combat effectiveness when fighting off attackers. This bonus will only be applied to defensive units currently garrisoned in your Base and outside of your Bunker.

Active defenses include Automated Gun Turrets and Artillery Emplacements. Unlike Walls, Gun Turrets and Artillery will actively participate in defensive battles just like one of your regular Units - unlike normal Units, when they're damaged they can be repaired and brought back online for free by you or by Friends as many times as needed. Active defenses also contribute to your overall Defense Bonus.

Note: There is no difference between Gun Turrets and Artillery Turrets aside from their appearance.

Be advised, you start the game with 10 raid attempts, which will recharge at the rate of one new Raid attempt every 2.5 hours.

If you conduct additional Raids past this limit you will be still be able to attack your opponent's Base, but you will unfortunately recover no resources.

There are two types of Unit designations: Offensive and Defensive.

The designation of the Units and their total Offensive/Defensive rating against each respective Unit category is used to calculate the outcome of each battle – not the total number of units. Sending 200 Sappers to attack 10 Mz-29 Firedrake helicopters will result in a loss.  

If your Base was attacked while only garrisoned by Offensive Units, they will most like be unable to repel the attack as their defensive stats are too low. Remember to only use Offensive Units for attacks, and only Defensive Units for defense.

If you deploy them together, both will fight in both defensive and offensive battles and you run the risk of sustaining heavy losses.

In addition to the number of Units and their designations, the outcome of the battle is also determined by each Unit's individual statistics, the players' relative Base Defense Bonuses, allied Reinforcements, and their respective upgrade Levels.

There are different cases when you are not able to connect to the server due to DNS issues. You will find all the necessary instructions how to check your DNS settings if you click on the operating system below.

If the option "Obtain DNS server address automatically" is checked you should change it to "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter  8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. If you have these parameters set to some different values (not automatically), try setting the "Obtain DNS server address automatically" first.

Once completed, you will find your previous Missions by scrolling all the way to the right side on the Radar interface.

Only the CEO is able to increase/"expand" a Combine. The CEO must use resources to expand the size of the Combine in increments of 10 members per expansion. The cost goes up each for each expansion.

Go to your Joint Ops Center building and then click my combine (for CEO only) then right under Territory is a small button labeled expand, if you click it will ask for the amount of resources to expand your combine by 10 members.

Once the amount of troops is selected, you just need to click on transform.

All you need to know regarding Capturing Mining Complexes!

Firstly, Mining Complexes are large operations and should only be attempted by Combines. All of the information you need is contained within your Joint Ops Center also.

First Step: Go to the Global Map, then click on the Magnifying Glass Icon over the World Map image in the centre of the right hand side of the page.

You will now have a large scale military map that shows you sectors.

As you identify a badge stuck within a Sector you can move your Mouse Cursor over the identifying badge. This will provide you with options such as Recon, Occupy, Send troops, magnify etc. 

Also on the Map you can Filter your information between Mining Complexes and Combine members. This Filter is also on the right hand side of your screen with green lights as indicators of your choices.

Join a Combine and go get a Mining Complex!

Combine Attacks allow you and your fellow Combine Members to deploy devastating massed attacks from up to three Combine Members as you battle for control of Zandia.

Only Combine Chief Executive Officers (CEO), Operations Officers (Ops-O), Brigadiers, and Tier III Specialists are authorized to organize and deploy Combine Attacks and manage their Combine Members' forces. A maximum of 3 Combine Members can take part in a single Combine Attack. Combine Attacks may be used to capture Depots, or assault and control Mining Complexes, but CANNOT be used to occupy or raid enemy Bases or eliminate ZHG locations.

Combine Attack Mechanics
Follow these steps to participate in a Combine Attack Course of Action (COA):

PREPARATION

1. Designate a Combine Chief Executive Officer, Operations Officer, Brigadier, or Tier III Specialist to coordinate and launch the Combine Attack.
2. Have all participating members select "Send Reinforcements" from any interface to reinforce the attack coordinator.
3. Choose the OFFENSIVE Units required for the Mission and click "Send".

Mission

Once the attack coordinator has received all Reinforcements needed, they may launch the attack by:

1. Choosing the Depot or Mining Complex to be raided and opening the "Raid" window.
2. Selecting "Combine Attack".
3. Selecting the Combine Members who will be participating in the Combine Attack (only their Offensive Reinforcements will take part in a battle) and launching the Raid.

Each member of a Combine Attack will get a report on the outcome of each battle, and all surviving Reinforcements will automatically return directly to their owners' Bases following each attack.

NOTE: Sending Offensive Reinforcements to capture other Depots does not allow you to collect Resources from that Depot. You can help your fellow combine members capture their Depots, but distribution of proceeds is determined by Combine leadership. Only the Combine Attack coordinator is authorized to collect Resources from a Depot.

Once you've sent Offensive Reinforcements to take part in a Combine Attack, go to the Command HQ and open the "Tracking" tab to check current information about your Units location and movement.

If you send your Units for a Combine Attack, all losses and Experience points will be proportionally distributed among those players who have taken part in the attack.

The maximum number of Units that can be sent is determined by the Force Limit of the Attack coordinator. All reinforcing Units will continue to be supported by their home Bases throughout all phases of the Combine Attack.

When your troops get killed or injured within a battle, 70% of them appear within the Field Hospital, the other 30% are lost from the game. This allows you the opportunity to revive them within 7 Days of the contact at a reduced cost from the Field hospital.

Don't worry - even if you make some mistakes in the beginning, you can always develop your Base up to a higher Level and complete all of Mr. Black's Tasks. Be sure to follow the instructions in the order that they're given or you'll slow down your Base's development by using up your Resources too quickly. If this happens, just wait until you collect enough to continue.

The following article explains why your Landing Zones are not producing the amount of resources stated in the description. This article discusses and explains the effects of Troops on Ration Consumption and how these effects are calculated. 

The more troops you have, the more resources they are going to consume!
To find out how many Rations you actually produce; open your Commandant's Office and go to Base Statistics. You will see the Production section, then your bases' Capacity in percentages and last on the right column your Ration Consumption for Buildings and Units per hour. 

Each Unit type consumes the following Rations:
Light infantry: 1 ration/h
Heavy infantry: 2 rations/h
Armor vehicle: 3 rations/h
Air Combat: 4 rations/h
Further information in regards to Rations consumption:
LANDING ZONE PRODUCTION
A Landing Zones on Level 20 will provide you with 500 rations/hour, whilst a Level 20 Munitions Factory and Oil Derrick will provide 340 points of ammunition and fuel. The total amount of rations produced from 6 Landing Zones would equal 3000 per hour.
AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL
The Air Traffic Control building improves your availability of Rations by lowering your Base's overall Ration Consumption. At Level 20, the Air Traffic Control consumption lowers by 85%. This means that your forces would need only 15% of the Rations they initially required.
TRAINING CENTER
You may also lower your Ration consumption of specific Units by using your Drill Instructors – but remember to prioritize your units carefully.

In regards to the occupation rankings it is crucial to know the following:

For every occupied base you receive a certain amount of ranking points, for example, let's say you earn 300 Experience Points (XP) therefore after occupying 100 bases you will get 300x100 = 30 000 ranking points. 

For every lost base(when your occupation is taken down by another player), you would lose the same 300 points (not actual numbers).

So in theory, after occupying 800 bases in a week you would earn: 800x300 = 240 000 ranking points. However, let's say you have lost one hundred occupations, transferring this to ranking points would be equal to 300x100 = 30 000 points. Your total occupation points for this week would be: 240 000 - 30 000 = 210 000. 

Be advised Commander, every Monday at 07.00h UTC the rankings are RESET! 

 This means that instead of 210 000 points you had, you are left with a ZERO, but since you continue to keep losing some of the bases to other players, you ranking points go into decline(minus 300 points for every lost occupation). 

Due to the great amount of occupied bases you had, your ranking might have gone into a decline(displayed as a 0).

To avoid this, you need to remove your occupying troops yourself right after the Rankings get reset (We recommend you do so in the first 10 minutes after the reset, the faster you do,the lower your decline is going to be).

Last point - if you re-occupy the same base twice in the same calendar week before the rankings are reset, you will not get any more occupation points for that occupation.

You will not necessarily receive a payout with each successful completion of Search and Destroy missions. As you engage Zheng Shi Locations, you are earning cumulative credit toward payouts of Units or Resources. The way your credit pays out is randomized between different types and numbers of Units, Resources, or special mission items. Don't get discouraged, the longer you go between payouts, the larger your eventual bonus will be!

Rewards calculations are based on losses in resource costs for the troops you lose. You might not get anything for the missions you just did, but it is supposedly tallied together and you will eventually get rewards.

Attacking locations or defending them helps you gain the experience needed and, therefore, reach a higher level.

Special Equipment Characteristics and Types
Special Equipment items are special issue kits recovered from the battlefield that can be used to improve various attributes of your Base and Unit performance.
To acquire Special Equipment you must fight with your enemies or capture and control Equipment Depots. You also need to build an Armory to test, store, and integrate the items you recover into your fighting forces.

You also must build the Radar and Tracking Centers to manage strategic Resource and Equipment Depots in your area of operations.

Special Equipment has several different attributes: some pieces of equipment provide Offensive or Defensive bonuses to different units, while others improve the performance characteristics of your Base (Resource production, Defense bonuses, etc.)
To integrate a Special Equipment item, place it into any open Engagement Slot at your Armory's Workshop as seen in the below image on the right.
You have 6 Engagement Slots available in total, and you can use no more than two items of Equipment of the same category simultaneously.

For example: at any one time you may use 2 Offensive Equipment items, 2 Defensive Equipment items, and 2 Production Equipment items.
All Special Equipment can be either Permanent or Temporary. You can disengage and drag activated Permanent Equipment back to the Equipment Locker at any time for later use, however Temporary Equipment is a consumable item and is active only for a fixed period of time – once engaged, it cannot be returned to your Equipment Locker. If you exchange one activated piece of Temporary Equipment for a new one, the old one will automatically be deleted.
Special Equipment is categorized as either Standard Issue or Experimental, this is based on their relative strength and stability.

Standard Issue Equipment possesses small, but stable effects.
Experimental Equipment has both strong positive and negative effects. The strength of a piece of Special Equipment Item's attributes is proportional to its rarity (Commercial, Limited, Restricted, Classified, and Prototype). The harder it is to find, the stronger its effect!
How do I get Special Equipment?

There are many ways for you to pick up Special Equipment items in Soldiers Inc. The easiest is by fighting with other Bases or Zheng Shi Locations. You have a chance at recovering a piece of Special Equipment from every battle. To see if you've received an item, open your combat reports to view the description of your prize in the top window. You have a chance to claim new Equipment regardless of the outcome of an engagement, but remember: You only have 48 hours after recovering a Special Equipment item to visit your Armory and either use it or move it from the Armory's Testing Lab to its Equipment Locker. Failure to do so will result in the permanent loss of the Special Equipment item.
You can go to the Armory interface directly from your combat report.
You may also recover Special Equipment by capturing and controlling Equipment Depots on the game map.Special Equipment Depots essentially function like a normal Depot. Capture one and control it for at least 1 hour before attempting to search for Special Equipment. After the first hour, you can begin your search for the Equipment by clicking the "Search" button.The longer you occupy an Equipment Depot, the higher your chances of successfully recovering Special Equipment items with each attempt. You are only allowed one search attempt per hour. Once you've successfully recovered Equipment, you will receive a report.

Each member of a Combine is given their own credentials, duties, and responsibilities within the group. Level 30 is required before you can create a Combine. Level 16 is required before you can join an existing Combine.

You can join a Combine in the following ways:

- accept another player's invitation in the "Partners" tab of your Joint Ops Center/Embassy etc - you will get a report upon receipt of a new invitation.

- Send a request to a Combine Chief Executive Officer/Clan Leader etc by clicking "Join Combine" in the "Combines" tab.

You can be a member of only 1 Combine at a time. To join another Combine, you must first leave your current Combine.

Your chosen game is a highly competitive Massive Multiplayer Online Strategy Game. While we ask that all players treat each other with courtesy and respect, "acts of aggression" are a fundamental part of this game, and anything allowed by the game rules is considered fair play. The usage and abuse of multiple user accounts in the game is currently one of the largest user concerns we deal with on a daily basis. While we continue to work with our partner social networks and player communities to identify and remove these accounts when we find them, we have also implemented multiple mechanisms that minimize the advantages of operating multiple accounts.

We have added limits within the game trading and gifting systems that restrict the maximum amount of resources that can be received by one account to 50,000 of each type of resource per day. This means that a player who has created several game accounts will be unable to use “feeder” accounts to supply any significant amount of resources to his or her primary playing account.

We have also implemented safeguards to prevent the effective use of alternate accounts to upgrade Clan Objectives. Firstly, we have mandated the completion of a probationary period for new clan members before they are permitted to send resources to Clan Objectives. Secondly, we have added a progressive contribution scale under which low level accounts (Level 50 or below) have tighter restrictions on the maximum amount of resources they may transfer to emitters.

As we add more features and limitations to further discourage the use of alternate accounts, the relative advantage of this practice will continue to decline. While there are limits to what we can and cannot do to identify and eliminate alternate accounting entirely, we are committed to negating any unfair benefit to those who continue to do so.

You can help us in these efforts by continuing to report users with multiple accounts to us, and more importantly by reporting these violations to the social network on which you play the game. Having more than one game account in Facebook requires also having more than once Facebook account, which is a violation of Facebook’s Terms of Service. Most social networks have similar policies, and reporting users from both the game and platform end will allow us to work more effectively with our partners to identify and correct abuse in our communities.

Names found to be in violation of this policy may result in warning, sanctions, or be subject to alteration without notice. When selecting a clan name, please consult our posted guidelines. If you have problems correctly viewing your game in Google Chrome ( it overlaps the top menu or you are unable to view the "Bank" menu), try the following:

  1. Enter "chrome://plugins" (without inverted commas) in the browser's address bar.

You have the option within your game to exclude other players conversations through the use of the "Block User" function.

Within your Mailbox screen in your game you will see three options. The first is Read the in-game mail; the second is your "Block User" icon and the third is your Delete Mail icon.To utilise the Block User function simply click on the middle icon and the user will be blocked and added to your Blacklist.

To return a player from your Blacklist, simply open the Blacklist tab within your Mail and click "Undo". The player will now no-longer be on your Blacklist.

Alternatively, you can contact a players Clan / Combine Leader and report the issue or alternatively, or you can contact the Plarium Help Desk and report the situation for our investigation on the situation.

Glitches and Bugs

 While we strive to ensure the quality and integrity of our game, there may occasionally be bugs, glitches, and programming errors that enter the live game-play servers. If you encounter what you suspect to be a bug, glitch, or error, please report it to Plarium Staff immediately as it may constitute a security risk.

In situations where a game error can be exploited in any way that compromises the intellectual property rights of Plarium LTD, any wilful use of these game errors or bugs will be construed as Malicious Behaviour and be penalized accordingly - regardless of whether this course of action resulted in financial loss or an unfair game-play over other players.

Malicious Behavior

 This includes any wilful attempt to compromise the security of our users, servers, or gaming environment. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of exploits, hacks, cheats, third party software, interference with financial transactions, or the malicious targeting of Plarium or user computers or networks. To help us combat these abuses, we rely on the assistance of our players. If you encounter an individual who appears to be engaging in any of the aforementioned behaviours, please report them to us immediately for investigation.

How to Report Security Violations

When reporting any suspected Security Violation we ask that all our players use the following procedures: gather evidence -- be it screenshots, links to profiles, location in the game, etc. -- and then send this in an e-mail to the designated Plarium Support e-mail address or through our Help Desk ticket system. We carefully review all of these reports, and depending on our volume it may take some time for us to get back to you. We appreciate your patience.

Please note in some situations we may be unable to tell you the specific outcome of our investigations, as it may violate the privacy or security of our network or affected users.

We ask that you please DO NOT report these issues on the forums, post links to third party software or files, or send PMs or emails to any other address as this may result in the propagation of embedded viruses or malicious software, the exploitation of impacted users, and the spread of inaccurate or incorrect information. By directing all Security Violations through one designated channel, we will be better able to respond to these issues in a thorough and timely manner. We reserve the right to close or delete all threads that discuss Security Violations as we coordinate an official response.

Naming Policy

The following are examples of Clan names that are NOT appropriate for the game. Some names that do not fall within one of the examples below may still be inappropriate. Plarium Support has final say over what constitutes a violation of the character naming policy.

  • Any name that contains obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, offensive, profane, anti-gay, content. Any name that includes ethnically, racially or sexually discriminatory content, threatens any real-world hostility toward any specific individual, nationality, race or religion, or promotes the use of controlled substances or other illegal activity.
  • Trademarked names of products, goods, materials or services
  • Names intended to impersonate other players for malicious purpose.
  • Names which impersonate in-game characters, Plarium employees, past or present, for the purpose of misleading other players
  • We include any symbolic or alphanumeric representation that clearly violates spirit of this policy, (ex. J0hn$m17h1$4J3r|{, 1 D0|\|T |ik3 3$kim0s })

Names found to be in violation of this policy may result in warning, sanctions, or be subject to alteration without notice. When selecting a clan name, please consult our posted guidelines. That being said, as a real-time massive strategy war-game, conflict is part of the experience. We'd like to take a moment to clarify where we define the line between gameplay and harassment. 

What constitutes Harassment?

Any gameplay interactions that fall within the permitted game dynamics, rules, policies, and content guidelines are considered "fair game". Even multiple successive attacks by other players do not, in and of themselves, constitute harassment. Some players are predatory - and this is simply a gameplay decision. We recommend using the Plarium wiki (wiki.plarium.com) and members of our game community for defensive tips and strategies. You may also wish to focus on forming alliances or joining a larger Clan to defend yourself.

When attacks are accompanied by verbal abuse, threats of physical harm, profanity, racism or any other language or behavior that violates our policies, then this becomes a different matter. If you feel that you are under an immediate credible physical threat, do NOT contact Plarium first. Forward the threat directly to Facebook Support and/or to local law enforcement. 

In non-critical situations we ask that you report these situations to the offender’s Clan Leader, designated game community administrator, or to Plarium Staff directly. These cases will be investigated on a case-by-case basis and dealt with accordingly. We ask that you take steps not to engage baiting behavior, avoid escalating the situation, and keep detailed records of suspected harassment. 

How do I avoid player harassment?
There is a game feature that can be utilized to help avoid emerging player harassment situations. Use the “Block User” command while reading your Mail messages. The simple use of this command will effectively eliminate the messages of the specified player on your blacklist and in most cases end a potentially unsettling incident. 

You may also contact the player’s Clan leader to report about the issue. 

How to report harassment.
If you have taken all precautions as described above, and still feel you are being victimized, you can report this to our Support Stuff with supporting information and screenshots.. We will then review the incident to the extent of our available resources, and may request further evidence or contact the other party. If a player is found to be violating the harassment policy; they will be:
  • First warned against continuing the offending behavior
  • Continued behavior with result in the offending party being placed on a 3-day suspension

Continued violations will result in a 10-day temporary suspension from the game or permanent suspension of the user's game account, at the discretion of the Plarium Support Team.

Unfortunately, your Account cannot be deleted. If you would like to quit the game you can remove the application from your Facebook account.  Your in-game information will not be disclosed to third party.

Your Gaming Data and Account is linked to your Facebook Account whilst your Data is secured on a Secure Server. This information is retained so that in the future, if you choose to play again you will be returned to your original gaming location with all of the achievements you had previously earned.

Click the "Edit" button in the right panel. You can move all of your structures, but only Improvements can be permanently deleted once they have been constructed. Remember that you can expand your Sector/Castle/Haven if you find yourself running out of space. You can also upgrade Defensive constructions to higher levels.

To check if our messages are being marked as Spam, open your Spam folder and check if there are any emails from Plarium. The Spam folder is normally located in your email’s folder list, on the left hand side of your email client.

How to stop Plarium’s email being marked as Spam

If you find that our messages are being marked as Spam, you can simply unmark them yourself. Select the message and click the “Not Spam” button that will appear the top and bottom of the email. Unmarking a message will automatically move it to your inbox folder and ensure that any further messages from Plarium will not be filtered or blocked.

If you believe you have encountered a fellow gamer with multiple accounts, you will need to do the following to report this violation of Plarium Gaming Policy.

Firstly, Submit a ticket here: https://support.plarium.com You will need to choose the Alternative accounts and violations Folder.

You must specify the exact coordinates of the multiple accounts; it would also be useful for Plarium Administration if you could provide the Facebook Page links. You can find a players FB page by looking in their Base/Castle and then placing your mouse pointer over their picture. A drop down box will appear with "Go to Page" as a link. Go to their page, copy the link and paste using CTRL + V onto the Ticket submission.

Therefore, with a player using 2 accounts, you should provide 2 Base/Castle x/y locations and 2 Facebook link locations as proof of this person operating 2 accounts.

Our support team will investigate the issue and take appropriate measures.

If this is your first Ticket Submission, you will receive an account specifying email which you can use to control your submitted tickets and personal details. Here you can also modify or add to your Ticket(s).

You will also receive an email confirming our receipt of your submission with a Receipt Ticket Number and then another email which will detail our policies on your submission.

By using Plarium’s Services, players agree NOT to have more than one account at any given time, and shall not create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself. It also keeps in line with Facebook Policy and we are legally obligated to follow up all reports of multi-accounting when we receive them.

Players found to be in violation of this policy will receive disciplinary action in-game. Their alternate accounts will be permanently blocked without notice, though they may retain access to one primary account at the discretion of the Plarium Customer Support Team contingent upon a commitment to create no further accounts in the future. Additional violations may result in permanent banning from the game.

We understand that multiple players may share the same IP address. These players may still need to prove they are different people. If you have had your account blocked due to suspicion of multi-accounting, you must individually contact our Support Team for us to determine the authenticity of your account.

What Does Plarium Do To Prevent Multi-Accounting?

The usage and abuse of multiple user accounts in the game is currently one of the largest user concerns we deal with on a daily basis. While we continue to work with our partner social networks and player communities to identify and remove these accounts when we find them, we have also implemented multiple mechanisms that minimize the advantages of operating multiple accounts.

We have added limits within the game trading and gifting systems that restrict the maximum amount of resources that can be received by one account to 50,000 of each type of resource per day. This means that a player who has created several game accounts will be unable to use “feeder” accounts to supply any significant amount of resources to his or her primary playing account.

We have also implemented safeguards to prevent the effective use of alternate accounts to upgrade Clan Objectives. Firstly, we have mandated the completion of a probationary period for new clan members before they are permitted to send resources to Clan Objectives. Secondly, we have added a progressive contribution scale under which low level accounts (Level 50 or below) have tighter restrictions on the maximum amount of resources they may transfer to emitters.

As we add more features and limitations to further discourage the use of alternate accounts, the relative advantage of this practice will continue to decline. While there are limits to what we can and cannot do to identify and eliminate alternate accounting entirely, we are committed to negating any unfair benefit to those who continue to do so.

You can help us in these efforts by continuing to report users with multiple accounts to us, and more importantly by reporting these violations to the social network on which you play the game. Having more than one game account in Facebook requires also having more than once Facebook account, which is a violation of Facebook’s Terms of Service. Most social networks have similar policies, and reporting users from both the game and platform end will allow us to work more effectively with our partners to identify and correct abuse in our communities.

How to Report Multi-Accounts?

When reporting multi-account abusers, we ask that all our players use the following procedure: gather as much evidence as possible. It is essential you send Player Locations (x:;y: coordinates) as well as further information such as Facebook Home Pages, screenshots, links to profiles, Combine/Clan/Brotherhood/League associations etc. - and then send all of your collected information through to our Help Desk using the ticket system. 

We carefully review all of these reports, and sometimes this can take a some time. We ask for your patience as we assess your claim.

Please note, we may be unable to tell you the outcome of our investigations, as it may violate the privacy of our users.

Our security system has determined your account to be an alternative one, that is, we believe you to be operating within our game with 2 or more accounts. We remind you that in compliance with our Terms of Use "… by using Plarium's Service you agree NOT to have more than one account at any given time, and shall not create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself". That banning or freezing of your account until proved otherwise is in agreement with your authorisation upon joining our gaming network.

Please do not contact us for removing your current ban of your alternative account(s). Such requests will not be processed.

Plarium drafted these Terms of Use in the gaming environment considering the concept of justice for a game process. Therefore, Plarium actions shall not in any manner imply a breach of your proprietary or non-proprietary rights.

If your real account is banned you should undergo the following procedure to officially verify it:

Plarium  proposes that you confirm that your game account is not an alternative one within the meaning of the Terms of Use of the game (the options are listed herein, clause 2) at your own discretion, in any convenient way which shall not violate your constitutional rights. Upon completion of these actions Plarium shall perform the steps required for removing your account ban.

No refunds will be given by Plarium. Other than a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods in the Games, you have no right in or title to such Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods. In the event that your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, in Plarium’s sole and absolute discretion, or if Plarium discontinues its Games, you forfeit any and all Virtual Currency and Goods. TERMINATION

DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS

Plarium may at any time intervene in disputes between you and other users, but is under no obligation to do so. Plarium will not be liable for anything resulting from these disputes, including, but not limited to, claims and damages, of any kind.

THE SITE, SERVICE, AND GAMES, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND WE DO NOT REPRESENT, WARRANT, OR GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE, SERVICE, OR GAME, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. You agree that your access and use of the Site, Service and Games shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plarium, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site, Service and Games and your use thereof, including implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, authority, completeness, usefulness, and timeliness. Plarium makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of the Service or the content of any sites linked to the Service and/or Site and assumes no liability or responsibility for any:

  • errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
  • personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Service, Site or Games;
  • any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein;
  • any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
  • any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the Service or Site by any third party;
  • any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service and/or Site.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PLARIUM’S AGGREGATE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, SERVICE, AND GAME, FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID PLARIUM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Under no circumstances will Plarium be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever including any lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service, Site or other materials on, accessed through or downloaded from our Service and/or Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, any other legal theory, or whether or not Plarium has been advised of the possibility of these damages.

The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. You specifically acknowledge that Plarium shall not be liable for user submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in our Site, Service, Games and the underlying technology, and all information and content available on our Site and through the Service, excluding User Content (as defined below) but including the Games, characters, Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods (collectively, the “Service Content”), are owned by us and/or our suppliers (including other users).

The Service Content is protected by copyright laws throughout the world. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Plarium grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, revocable license to view and use the Service Content for your personal non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other use of the Service Content is authorized. In consideration of this authorization, you agree that any copy of the Service Content that you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices in the same form and manner as on the original.

You may not otherwise use, download, upload, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, adapt, distribute, transfer, or exploit any Service Content in whole or in part without our prior written authorization. We and our suppliers (including other users) reserve all rights not granted in these Terms. There are no implied licenses.

All trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Site or Service (“Marks”) are our property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third parties which may own the Marks.

USER CONTENT

You agree that you are willingly publishing the content on the Service and/or Site using technology and tools provided by Plarium. You understand and agree that you may not distribute, sell, transfer or license this content and/or application in any manner, in any country, or on any social network or other medium without the explicit written permission of Plarium. You grant Plarium the right to act as an agent on your behalf as operator of the application.

Any data, text, graphics, photographs and their selection and arrangement, (hereinafter “User Content”) uploaded to the Service and/or Site are subject, whether in whole or in part, to unlimited commercial, non-commercial and/or promotional use by Plarium. Text, graphics, and photographs are uploaded by you and are the sole responsibility of the person from whom the User Content originated. Thus, users are responsible, and Plarium is not responsible, for any files users upload, post, or otherwise make available. Plarium may or may not regulate User Content and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or integrity of any User Content posted via the Plarium application. By using the Service and/or Site, you acknowledge and accept that you may be exposed to material you find offensive or objectionable. You agree that Plarium will not under any circumstances be liable for any User Content, including, but not limited to, errors in any User Content, or any loss or damage incurred by use of the User Content.

GENERAL

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Plarium regarding your use of our Site, Service, and Games, and supersede and replace any prior written or oral agreements regarding the foregoing. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Neither the rights nor obligations arising under these Terms are assignable by you, and any such attempted assignment or transfer shall be void and without effect. We may assign these Terms without restriction. These Terms and any action related to these Terms will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Israel.

All purchases of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are deemed to be final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise at our discretion.

No guarantee of reimbursement is given or implied through the policies outlined herein. Plarium will at no point provide cash refunds, though we may choose to reimburse users with game currency or virtual products at our sole discretion.

REIMBURSEMENT FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES

We strive to provide a fun and stable environment for players to enjoy the game play. Unfortunately, technical issues can occasionally arise that may disrupt the game service. While we cannot prevent some issues, the Support Team strives for excellence in providing help to players who are experiencing technical problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you experience a technical issue while you are playing and some losses have occurred, you have the option of contacting the Support Team via designated Help Desk Ticketing System in order to let us know what has happened. Please provide screenshots and a detailed description of your issue and your request. We cannot accept player claims without supporting documentation as definitive evidence for these cases. When we receive a request for reimbursement, a Support Team member will review your request, verify the details, and take the appropriate action. Reimbursement is at the discretion of the Support Team and Support Team Supervisor.

No Plarium employee outside of our designated Support Team is authorized to reimburse you or appeal the team’s decisions. This process also delivers important feedback to our development team about possible glitches in our game system that helps us to constantly improve the game for you.

As a rule, reimbursements will not be given by Plarium unless the Support Team is able to verify that the loss occurred due to a game irregularity outside of normal gameplay, primarily as the result of a documented bug or server error. All reimbursement requests must be sent within a week (7 days) from when the loss occurred. After that time we will not provide reimbursement.

Issues which are NOT considered valid for reimbursement include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Potential or theoretical gain. Only assets lost when already in possession of the player are eligible for reimbursement.
  • Any losses attributable to problems with a player's system (i.e. computer, Internet connection, etc.) or any system owned by a third party are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • Being banned from the game for violating the In-Game Policies.
  • Timing out due to being away from your computer.

No guarantee of reimbursement is given or implied through the policies outlined here. The Customer Support team must investigate each case and reimbursements are given on a case-by-case basis. Plarium will at no point provide cash refunds, and will reimburse only with game currency of virtual products at their sole discretion.

Spamming with petitions or e-mails requesting reimbursements or giving false information in an attempt to receive compensation is not permitted and may result in disciplinary action being taken against your account.
